Farm Manager, Pam Jump, is supported in the breeding farm operation and management by our devoted and knowledgeable Breeding Manager/Veternarian--Roger Souza. Roger's professionalism and hard work has been invaluable to Pam and Freeland Farm. The farm business office is skillfully managed by Karmen Minnick. Karmen's experience and proficiency always keeps us running smooth. Our entire staff, David, Wily, Azeal, Mat, Sam, Sarah, Marian and Lewis are committed to achieving the optimal level of health care and reproductive success for each and every horse placed in our care.
